    In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the senior citizen can avail of the establishment’s offered discount or the 20 percent discount provided under Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher and more favorable.

  • Is the promo available in all Jollibee stores?

    Yes. The promo is offered in all Jollibee stores nationwide.

  • Is the promo available via Drive-Thru and Jollibee Delivery App?

    No. The promo is valid for Dine-In and Take Out transactions only. 

  • Can I order the JolliBINI Meal in bulk? Do you have a maximum allowable order?

    You may avail the JolliBINI Promo multiple times. There is no maximum cap in the transaction. The promo, however, is not valid through the Bulk Order Service (BOS) Program. 

  • Can I choose and open the JolliBINI Photo Card to see its content?

    The JolliBINI Photo Card is sealed and distributed randomly as a surprise to BINI Fans. Following our promo mechanics, we don’t allow choosing of Photo Card.

  • Can I use my Official Receipt to claim my Photo Card/s in another Jollibee store?

    As standard process and monitoring, you may only claim your Photo Card/s in the same store where you ordered the JolliBINI Meal. Thank you for understanding.

  • Can I avail my SC/PWD discount?

    Yes. SC/PWD discount is eligible to the JolliBINI Meal. Photo Card cannot be sold separately.

  • Can I avail my Jollibee Employee discount?

    No. The Jollibee Employee discount is not applicable to the JolliBINI Promo. Thank you for understanding. 

  • My Photo Card has a damage or issue on print-out. Can I replace it?

    We can allow replacement of damaged Photo Card within the same time of purchase only brought about by actual print and sealing (i.e. Photo Card’s edges have been burnt due to sealing of foil pack).
